The Stars, the Moon, and then a black Star

It’s the time the year is drawing to a close. The world resembles a monkey zoo. The months since the last post have felt like years. It’s not that I haven’t thought of you, I just haven’t felt you that intensely as in recent times, hope you’re safe. Please tell me what I can do. It’s not seldom that I thought I’d be looking into your eyes while out on an urban safari. Opening the eyes by surprise, starstruck by coincidence, and then safed by disappointment. I know you’re keeping me in that safe. I’ll cry when finally opening my eyes to look into yours again.
